Founder & Principal Consultant

Dr. Stacey Perez, EdD, is the founder and principal consultant of Education Proposals & Consulting. With more than two decades of experience in K–12 leadership, including roles as Executive Director, Principal, and educator, she brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every engagement. Dr. Perez has secured over $20 million in grant funding and scholarships for individuals, schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations, guiding clients through every step of competitive proposal development, budget design, and compliance review.

A lifelong learner who completed all her degrees online, Dr. Perez holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is a certified “Train the Trainer” in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She has designed and facilitated workshops on personalized learning, accreditation support, and grant-writing best practices for educators across Southern California. Passionate about empowering teams to tell their story and maximize impact, Dr. Perez combines deep content expertise with hands-on coaching to turn funding goals into reality. When she isn’t drafting proposals, you’ll find her mentoring emerging leaders or exploring innovative instructional models.
